Lorraine Schmid is a Certified Nutrition Practitioner (CNP) who understands food. As a farmer, Lorraine sees firsthand how a healthy lifestyle starts with healthy food choices.
A foodie by nature, essential oils lover, and a healer on a mission. Lisa’s story of overcoming her own health challenges began by looking deep inside herself to find the relationship between the outside world (food, stress and environmental factors) and inner health. She now uses her holistic nutrition background to guide her clients to achieve their own level of optimal health.
Using her BaSc, BEd, and CNP backgrounds, along with her knowledge in digestive and mental health, Lisa is extremely excited to support others on their individual health journeys. Passionate and loving, her friends, family and clients know her as Sprouted Joy.
